Check out of Blog Tab - Whakarongo Staff Reading for Pleasure

We all know that reading is good for your mind, your body and your soul.
Whakarongo School is full of readers!  From all the discussions and book requests we get for the library, we know that our school community has a wide range of interests and genres - and a great love for reading.
We have added a tab on our Library blog that shows our staff also enjoy reading for pleasure - and show that we are all life-long learners.
Check out Mrs Hodder - relaxed and really enjoying her book.

Our Library and eBooks Collections

Welcome to 2018 from the Library Team.
At Whakarongo School we are very fortunate to have such a wonderful school library.  We look forward to seeing all students and staff across the school make the most of the wonderful books we have available.  We ask that you treat all books with respect, and should you have any queries, comments or concerns, then please contact us on library@whakarongo.school.nz

Year round, we also have our Whakarongo School eBooks Library collections.
We have over 600 books available on our private collection.
We also have an eBooks Library Subscription - please read the information below to be aware of our allowances.    (There is a link to this on the blog under the ePlatform Library tab - or use this link https://whakarongoschool.wheelers.co ).
Should we, as a school, go over our limit during a month, then no further issues on the ePlatform One Subscription can be made.
If this happens, we still have over 600 books within our private collection available.  It just takes a little bit of looking, and we are looking into providing a list of these books on our blog soon.
Contact us on library@whakarongo.school.nz if you need to.
